MDA Consulting

MDA Capital Partners LLC (d/b/a MDA Consulting) is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) providing construction management, estimating and bid support, government contracting solutions, industrial water services, and real estate-related consulting throughout New York and New Jersey.

Founded in 2017, MDA Consulting was built on a foundation of real estate, project coordination, and operational support. Since becoming a licensed New York State Realtor in 2015, our founder has worked extensively with homeowners, property investors, developers, contractors, housing organizations, and government agencies to coordinate projects, manage resources, and deliver practical solutions.

Over time, MDA expanded beyond real estate into construction, estimating, project management, supplier diversity participation, and government contracting. Today, the company supports residential and commercial construction projects while also pursuing public-sector opportunities at the federal, state, and municipal levels.

As a New Jersey Registered Home Improvement Contractor (HIC), MDA Consulting provides residential renovation and construction support services including kitchen renovations, bathroom remodeling, flooring, drywall and framing, painting, tile installation, basement finishing, decks, and interior remodeling. For commercial clients, we support tenant fit-outs, retail build-outs, office renovations, restaurant renovations, facility improvements, and project coordination services.

MDA Consulting also provides estimating and bid support services for contractors, subcontractors, developers, and property owners. Our capabilities include blueprint review, quantity takeoffs, material and labor estimating, scope review, project budgeting, proposal preparation, and government bid support.

In addition to construction services, MDA has established experience in federal contracting. In April 2025, the company was awarded its first Department of Defense contract supporting industrial water treatment operations at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (US Air Force). Through strategic partnerships and operational expertise, MDA continues to support infrastructure, facility, and environmental service opportunities throughout the public and private sectors.
