MDA Consulting

MDA Capital Partners LLC (d/b/a MDA Consulting) was established in 2017, building on a foundation in commercial and residential real estate sales after our founder became a licensed New York State Realtor in March 2015.

Early on, MDA served as a real estate consultant for homeowners, property investors, and property management companies, coordinating trusted service providers — including plumbers, HVAC specialists, roofers, contractors, appliance repair technicians, appraisers, title companies, and land surveyors.

Through this work, we became deeply involved with New York City’s housing voucher programs, such as CityFHEPS and Section 8, helping residents secure stable housing. These partnerships opened the door to larger city, state, and federal contracting opportunities.

In 2024, MDA became a City-certified MBE, followed by New York State MBE certification in May 2025 and DBE certification through the NY/NJ Port Authority in September 2025.

Our firm expanded into industrial and facility management services, landing our first Federal Contract with the Department of the Air Force (DoD) in April 2025 for Industrial Water Services, and our second in September 2025 with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in Irvine, California for vacuum-pump maintenance and compliance.

Long before achieving these milestones, MDA had already built its reputation in hospitality operations — supporting luxury hotels and restaurants in food, beverage, and event management. That experience shaped our commitment to quality, professionalism, and service excellence that continues across all divisions today.
